These terms apply to your use of the Fairpoint Heating and Air website, our service request and estimate forms, and our customer communications. Fairpoint Heating and Air provides heating, cooling, plumbing, electrical, and general contracting services throughout the Colorado Front Range.

Estimates, Service, and Payment
Prices and ranges shown on this website, including any online estimator result, are preliminary and are not a binding quote. Final pricing is confirmed in a written estimate after an on-site assessment. Invoices are due per the terms stated on the invoice. Manufacturer warranties are governed by the manufacturer's terms; our labor warranty is stated on your estimate or invoice.
SMS Terms — Fairpoint Heating and Air Service Communications
Program name: Fairpoint Heating and Air Service Communications.
What we send: conversational and informational messages only — appointment scheduling, appointment confirmations, reminders, technician arrival updates, estimates, service updates, and customer-support conversations. This is not a marketing or promotional program.
